In the unlikely event that you receive seeds that are damaged, defective, or do not germinate, we offer a warranty to address such concerns.

2. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Seeds: If the seeds you receive are visibly damaged or defective, we will replace them at no additional cost. Please provide photographic evidence of the damaged seeds within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Non-Germination: If the seeds you have purchased fail to germinate, we offer a one-time replacement. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your seeds and provide proof of your planting efforts (e.g., photos of the seeds, soil conditions, etc.) to qualify for this replacement.

3. Exclusions

The following situations are not covered by our warranty:

  • Improper Planting Conditions: Failure to follow proper planting instructions, including soil, water, and light requirements, will void the warranty.
  • Third-Party Interference: Damage caused by pests, diseases, or any other external factors after the seeds have been planted is not covered.
  • Non-compliance with Instructions: Failure to adhere to the guidelines on planting and growing for each type of seed may result in unsuccessful germination, which is not covered under warranty.

5. Warranty Processing Time

Once your claim is validated, we will ship replacement seeds within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we stand behind the quality of our products, our liability is limited to the replacement of defective or non-germinating seeds. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
