We accept returns on products purchased from slynor.xyz under the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Type of Products: Due to the nature of our products (Tomato Seeds, Carrot Seeds, Beetroot Seeds), we cannot accept returns once the seed packets have been opened, unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Process for Returning Products

If you would like to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back the product.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
  4. Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will offer a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue and initiate a return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, slynor.xyz cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used. This includes seeds once the packaging has been opened. If you receive any product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for items purchased. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
